Requires a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, Leader Trainer Scout Qualification, and 10 years of experience as Course Leader. Must possess thorough knowledge of WSB publications and international training methods, and have completed the Basic Management Course for Professional Scout Executives.
Deputy Director Youth Program (BS-17):

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess Wood Badge Parchments in at least two sections, and have completed the Basic Management Course for Professional Scout Executives.
