The Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination, Government of Pakistan, is hiring for the position of Fund & Innovation Specialist (PPS-10) under the PSDP project titled “Green Skills for Climate Resilient Development: Promoting Green Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Pakistan.” This key role is designed for an experienced professional who will serve as the Innovation & Fundraising Lead for climate and development initiatives.
The specialist will be responsible for driving ecosystem-building, mobilizing sustainable financing, and forming strategic partnerships to support innovation-focused and resilience-driven projects across Pakistan.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Development Studies, Innovation Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline, and have at least 10 years of relevant experience in fundraising, innovation program management, or donor engagement. Additional experience with startup ecosystems, social enterprise models, and innovation strategy is highly desirable.
The role requires strong skills in proposal writing, financial modeling, communication, negotiation, and working with diverse stakeholders across government, private sector, and civil society.
