Education: MS, Master, Bachelor and MSc Master’s and Bachelor’s degree qualification.
Age: 20 to 45 years
Experience: 03 to 05 years old age
Other: Driving license for Driver posts, Vision 6/9 for Traffic Assistant.

Deputy Director Admin (PPS-05):
This position requires a graduate degree from a reputable HEC-recognized university. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in public sector administration and project management, particularly in handling Human Resources, procurement, and other official matters. Familiarity with PPRA rules, public sector regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential. The candidate should be capable of working both independently and within a team to achieve key results. The maximum age limit is 45 years.
Accounts Officer (PPS-07):
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in Accounting and Finance. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience dealing with audit and accounts in a reputable organization is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and adequate knowledge of public sector operations are necessary. The role demands strong analytical skills and attention to financial detail. The age limit for this role is 40 years.
Modernization Specialist (Regulatory) (PPS-07):
Candidates must possess an MBA or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Sciences, or an equivalent field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with smart regulation processes, the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), or similar initiatives is essential. Applicants should have good command over Microsoft Office tools and demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative team environment while taking responsibility for delivering high-quality outputs. The upper age limit is 40 years.
Business Analyst (PPS-07):
This role requires a BSCS, BS in IT, or a Master’s in Project Management. Certification in Management Information Systems will be an added advantage. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Business and/or Quality Assurance Engineer, with proven expertise in eliciting requirements and software testing. Knowledge of backend and frontend web technologies such as Java, SQL, and React is also required. The age limit is 35 years.
Public Sector Specialist (PPS-07):
An MBA, Master’s in Economics or Management Sciences, MS in Project Management, or BSc in Engineering is required. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess a sound understanding of public sector operations. Proficiency in MS Office, research abilities, business communication, and analytical thinking are essential. The maximum age limit for this post is 35 years.
Sector Associate (PPS-06):
Applicants must hold an MBA or Master’s degree in relevant fields. At least 1 year of experience in the relevant area is required. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools and demonstrate strong research, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with investment trends, export-import policies, and public sector procedures is preferred. The upper age limit is 35 years.
Assistant (PPS-05):
This position requires a graduate degree. Candidates with prior experience in either the public or private sector will be given preference. The role demands excellent research skills, effective business communication, and a good understanding of public sector operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. The age limit for this role is 25 years.
