1. Senior Policy Analyst / Team Lead (PPS-11)
Salary: Rs. 700,000/- per month
Qualification: Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Gender Studies, Women Studies, Development Studies, Public Administration, Public Policy, Sociology, or other related fields (from HEC-recognized university).
Experience:
08 years of work experience in research and policy analysis.
At least 02 years of experience as a team lead at provincial or regional level (preferred).
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of national and international women’s empowerment policies and models.
Excellent managerial and administrative skills.
Strong research, analytical, and report-writing abilities.
Good computer skills.
2. Data Entry Operator (PPS-04)
Salary: Rs. 60,000/- per month
Qualification: ICS or FA/FSc with IT diploma/certificate from a recognized institute.
Typing Speed: Minimum 35 words per minute.
Experience: No prior experience required.
Skills Required:
Computer skills (MS Office Suite, InPage, Coral Draw, Photoshop).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
