Appeal Cases (Civil & High Court): 1.5 times the approved contingency rate.
Apex Court Cases: Rs. 15,000/- per case for AOR.
Miscellaneous Charges: Rs. 10,000/- per case.
Additional Expenses: Includes judicial tickets, oath commissioner, case preparation, etc.
TA/DA: Equivalent to BPS-18, if required.
