Specialist Registrar – Accident & Emergency (Trauma Center):

This is a senior-level clinical training position for specialists in critical departments including Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Radiology, and Orthopedics. Candidates must possess FCPS, MD, MS, or any equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC. The role involves working under supervision while gaining hands-on expertise in emergency and trauma care. Tenure: 2 years (extendable up to 3 years based on performance and institutional needs).

Trainee Registrar – Accident & Emergency (Trauma Center):

This is a mid-level training role meant for medical graduates aiming to specialize in emergency care. Applicants should have MBBS with valid PMDC registration. Preference is given to those who have completed Postgraduate Fellowship Training in relevant fields like Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Radiology, or Orthopedics. Tenure: 2 years (extendable up to 3 years based on performance and requirement).

Medico-Legal Officer (MLO):

This role involves handling medico-legal cases in the emergency department such as accident reports, post-mortems, and legal certifications. Applicants must have MBBS with valid PMDC registration. Preference: Those holding DMJ (Diploma in Medical Jurisprudence) will be prioritized for selection.

Medical Officer – Accident & Emergency (Trauma Center):

This is a clinical position responsible for providing immediate care to emergency patients. Candidates must have MBBS with valid PMDC registration. Preference: Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) will be considered an added advantage.

Emergency Technologist:

This role involves assisting physicians in the Emergency Room, managing critical care equipment, and responding to trauma emergencies. The candidate must have a 4-year BS degree in Emergency Care Technology from a recognized institute.

Charge Nurses (Male/Female):

This is a front-line nursing role in the trauma center where staff will be responsible for patient care, monitoring, medication administration, and documentation. Qualification Options: BS Nursing (4 Years) OR 3-Year Diploma in General Nursing + 1-Year Midwifery/Specialty Diploma. Registration: Must be registered with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

CNAs will assist nurses and doctors in providing basic patient care services such as checking vital signs, dressing wounds, and helping patients with mobility. Qualification: 2-year Diploma in Certified Nursing Assistant. Registration: Must have a valid PNC registration.
