The Government of Punjab has launched the Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025 to provide 30,000 merit-based scholarships for deserving and outstanding students. This initiative is aimed at supporting high-achieving students with limited financial resources so they can pursue quality higher education without financial barriers.
The Chief Minister Honhaar Scholarship Program 2025 is a landmark initiative of the Government of Punjab, designed to empower talented and deserving students from across the province. With a vision to promote equal access to higher education, this program offers 30,000 merit-based Honhaar Scholarship Program Punjab to outstanding students enrolled in top universities and colleges. By covering the tuition fees of undergraduate programs, the scholarship aims to reduce financial barriers, encourage academic excellence, and enable young individuals to focus on their studies without financial stress.

Eligibility Criteria Honhaar Scholarship Phase 2/2025:
Must have a domicile of Punjab Province.
Monthly family income limit:
Less than Rs. 350,000 for Public Sector HEIs
Less than Rs. 500,000 for Federal/Private Sector HEIs
Open for all genders – scholarships awarded purely on merit.
Student must be enrolled in selected disciplines and institutions.
MBBS/BDS (Public Sector Medical/Dental Colleges): 80% marks
Federal & Private Universities:
Sciences: ≥ 70%
Arts & Social Sciences: ≥ 65%
Public Sector Universities:
Sciences: ≥ 70%
Arts & Social Sciences: > 65%
HED Colleges:
Sciences: ≥ 65%
Arts & Social Sciences: ≥ 60%
Honhaar Scholarship 2025 Final selection will be based on academic performance:
30% weightage to Matric marks
70% weightage to Intermediate marks

Scholarship Coverage: Full tuition fee of the student
Duration: For the complete undergraduate program (04 to 05 years)

- Create an Account Sign up on the scholarship portal with your valid email and CNIC/B-Form number.
- Fill Out the Online Application: Form Enter your personal details, academic record (Matric & Intermediate marks), and university/college information.
- Upload Required Documents: Scanned copies of CNIC/B-Form, domicile, recent photograph, income certificate, and educational certificates/marksheets.
