The scheme covers senior management, mid-level officers, assistant directors, and support staff. All posts are on a contract basis for one year, which may be extended depending on performance.

Key Features of the Scheme

1. Contract Appointments – Initially for 1 year, extendable upon satisfactory performance.

2. Attractive Salary Packages – Offered on a lump-sum basis, ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 350,000 per month depending on the post.

3. Diverse Categories of Posts

   • Top Management: Director Generals (Finance, HRD & Monitoring) with high salaries.

   • Directors & Deputy Directors: Overseeing finance, IT, planning, monitoring, procurement, and training.

   • Assistant Directors: Handling specialized fields like software development, HR, procurement, networks, finance, and scholarships.

   • Support Staff: Accountants, research assistants, personal assistants, and network assistants.
