Relationship Manager (OG-II):
The Relationship Manager (OG-II) at NBP Aitemaad Islamic Banking will be responsible for achieving sales targets through account opening, deposit generation, retention, and consumer financing such as mortgage and auto loans. The role involves daily customer visits, cross-selling and upselling banking products, reactivating dormant accounts, and promoting digital banking services. Candidates must hold at least a graduation degree (preferably in commerce or Islamic banking) from an HEC-recognized institution, with a maximum age of 28 years and a minimum of one year’s experience in relationship management within branch banking.
Strong communication, selling, and interpersonal skills along with knowledge of Islamic banking, banking regulations, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. The selected candidates will be placed in various cities across Pakistan and must serve at their posting location for at least three years.
