Director General (Islamabad Water) – PPS-10:
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in urban water Utility Management, Sanitary, PHE, or Environmental Engineering, both with 1st division, and PEC registration. The candidate must have at least 17 years of managerial experience in a relevant field, preferably in urban water utility management within reputable public or private sector organizations. Candidates with higher degrees will be preferred. The maximum age limit is 50 years.

Director (Admin/HR/Law) – PPS-9:
Candidates must hold a 1st class master’s degree in public or business administration or administrative sciences, with preference given to those with LLB or LLM qualifications. A minimum of 12 years of managerial experience in administrative, human resource, or legal functions in reputable public or private sector organizations is required. Experience in water utility management will be an added advantage. The age limit is up to 45 years.

Director (Planning & Design) – PPS-9:
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in the relevant field, both in 1st division, with PEC registration. A minimum of 12 years of experience in both fieldwork and management in reputable organizations is required, particularly in urban water utility, sanitary, PHE, or environment-related projects. Preference will be given to those holding a higher qualification. The maximum age limit is 45 years.

Director (Civil) – PPS-9:
This role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a Master’s in a related field, both with 1st class standing, and PEC registration. Candidates must have 12 years of combined field and managerial experience in civil engineering roles, ideally in water, sanitary, or environmental sectors. Preference is given to candidates with advanced degrees. Age limit is 45 years.

Director (Finance & Revenue) – PPS-9:
Eligible candidates must have either a CA/ACCA/ACMA certification or a 1st class master’s degree in finance, Commerce, Economics, or Accounting from a recognized institute. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required for those with professional certifications, or 12 years for master’s degree holders, in senior finance roles within reputed public or private organizations. Preference is given to those with higher academic qualifications. The age limit is 45 years.
