Punjab Skills Development Fund PSDF Jobs 2025 is the largest skills fund in Pakistan, established by the Government of Punjab to provide training and employment opportunities. PSDF Lahore Jobs 2025 is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following BS-20 positions (three-year non-extendable tenure):

Detail of Government PSDF Jobs Punjab 2025:
1. Manager Program Research:
This role requires leading and managing program research activities, analyzing data, and generating insights to improve training initiatives. The candidate must have at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the public sector. A Bachelor’s (Hons) in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university is required.
2. Specialist Program Operations:
The specialist will be responsible for handling program operations, ensuring smooth implementation, monitoring progress, and coordinating with stakeholders. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration, Economics, or Social Sciences with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
3. Management Associate Digital Programs:
This position involves supporting digital program activities, assisting in program planning, marketing, and operations while working closely with the digital initiatives team. A Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Social Sciences is required, with 0–1 year of work experience.
4. Management Associate Program Design:
The associate will assist in designing and developing training programs, conducting research, and preparing project documentation. Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience holding a Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Social Sciences are eligible.
