At least 12-15 years of progressive experience in relevant fields such as IT workforce development, skills training, policy development, global talent mobility, and IT education.
For managerial and assistant positions:
5-8 years of experience in areas like project coordination, curriculum development, IT workforce training, or international HR recruitment.
3. Age Limit:
Chief Skills Development Officer: Maximum 55 years.
Directors: Maximum 50 years.
Managers and Assistant Managers: Maximum 45 years.
4. Nationality:
Pakistani citizens are eligible to apply.
5. Other Requirements:
Candidates must have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
