Chief Operating Officer (COO): Salary Rs. 1,000,000 per month, age 30–50 years. Master’s in Finance, HR, Commerce, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration or equivalent (minimum 45% marks, HEC recognized). At least 12 years’ managerial experience in HR, Finance, Accounts, Audit & Administration with expertise in developing lab infrastructure, policies, and regulations.
Senior Technical Manager (Drug Testing Lab): Salary Rs. 725,000 per month, age 35–50 years. PhD in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, or Pharmacy with 7 years’ experience in forensic drug testing in ISO/IEC 17025 labs; or MS/MPhil/MSc (Hons.) with 10 years’ experience in the same field including lab management.
Senior Technical Manager (Agriculture Testing Lab): Salary Rs. 725,000 per month, age 35–50 years. PhD in Genetics, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Horticulture, Soil Science, Analytical Chemistry, or Plant Physiology with 7 years’ lab testing experience; or MS/MPhil/MSc (Hons.) with 10 years’ experience in fertilizers/pesticides testing including lab management in ISO/IEC 17025 labs.

Quality Assurance Manager (Drug Testing Lab): Salary Rs. 725,000 per month, age 35–50 years. PhD in Pharmaceutics or Pharmacology with 7 years’ post-PhD drug testing experience in ISO/IEC 17025 labs including 4 years in QA management; or MS/MPhil/MSc (Hons.) with 10 years’ post-qualification experience including 6 years QA supervision.
