1. Registrar (BS-20):
The Registrar will be responsible for overseeing all academic and administrative functions of the University, including the implementation of policies, academic scheduling, student registration, and record-keeping. Candidates must hold a PhD, MS/MPhil (18 years education), or MA/MSc (16 years education) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution, along with 8 to 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in teaching, administration, or other professional roles in a university, degree-awarding institute, or public sector organization. The age limit for this role is 40 to 50 years.
2. Treasurer (BS-20):
The Treasurer will manage all financial operations of the University, including budgeting, auditing, accounting, and financial planning. Eligible candidates should possess a PhD, MS/MPhil, or 16 years of education in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized university. Depending on the qualification, applicants must have 8 to 12 years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or higher in the relevant field. Degrees such as MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, and MSc (Economics) are also acceptable. The age limit is 40 to 50 years.
3. Controller of Examinations (BS-20):
The Controller of Examinations will be responsible for managing the examination system of the University, including the preparation and conduct of exams, result compilation, and records management. Applicants must have a PhD, MS/MPhil, or MA/MSc (16 years education) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university, along with 8 to 12 years of post-qualification experience in academic or administrative roles within a recognized university, degree-awarding institute, or public sector organization. The age limit for this post is 35 to 50 years.
