PSEB invites applications from dynamic and qualified professionals for the following positions under the “GDPR-Driven IT Export Enhancement Program” on a contract basis under Project Pay Scales (PPS).

Project Manager:
The PSEB Islamabad Jobs ideal candidate should possess at least 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or IT from an HEC-recognized university. Preference will be given to those with certifications like CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001, or GDPR. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience is required, including at least 4 years in managing capacity-building projects for IT companies. Candidates with prior experience in PSDP, ADP, or other government-funded initiatives will be preferred.
Assistant Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation):
Applicants must have a minimum of 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or Project Management. At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in project monitoring and evaluation is required, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in PSDP projects.
Project Officer:
Candidates should hold 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT from an HEC-recognized institution. A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in human resource development, project management, or capacity development is essential. Preference will be given to those with experience in PSDP, ADP, or similar government projects.
Finance Manager:
Applicants must have an MBA in Finance, ICMA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university or institute. At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required in managing financial operations such as processing bills, handling receivables and payables, managing fund flows, financial projections, and conducting financial analysis. Knowledge of tax laws and certifications in relevant international standards will be considered an asset.
